Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Cievo Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Company") governing your access to and use of guandijieqian.com and the oracle interpretation service (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect 30 days after notification. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

guandijieqian.com provides an online Guan Di Oracle lot interpretation and decipherment service. The Service allows you to:

• Input the oracle lot number you drew at a temple (1–100), along with your gender, age range, and question
• Receive an AI-generated personalised interpretation of your Guan Di Oracle lot
• Download your interpretation as a JPEG image or PDF document

The Service does not require an account. Each interpretation is a one-time transaction. We do not retain your oracle inputs or generated interpretations after your session.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service (or 16 years of age if you are in the EU/EEA).

By using the Service, you represent that you meet the age requirement, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment

4.1 One-Time Fee

Access to the full personalised interpretation requires a one-time payment of USD $3.99 per interpretation. A preview of the oracle lot information is available without payment.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. By submitting payment, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fee.

4.3 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except:

• Technical failure: If a technical error on our end prevents delivery of your interpretation, contact us at jieqian@cievo.sg within 7 days with your transaction reference.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same interpretation.
• As required by applicable law.

Email jieqian@cievo.sg with your transaction ID and description of the issue. We respond within 10 business days.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or harvest data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its networks
• Resell or commercialise the Service or its outputs without our prior written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Service in a way that damages our reputation or the cultural significance of the Guan Di Oracle tradition

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, branding, and AI-generated interpretations, is owned by Cievo Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Upon payment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to download, save, share, and print your own interpretation for personal use. You may not reproduce or redistribute interpretations commercially, or remove any attribution or branding from generated files.

The Guan Di Oracle (关帝灵签) texts are traditional cultural works in the public domain. Our compilation, translation, analysis, and AI integration of these texts constitutes original work protected by copyright.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING AI-GENERATED INTERPRETATIONS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Cievo Pte. Ltd. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of profit, emotional distress arising from reliance on interpretations, decisions made based on oracle interpretations, or technical failures.

Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific interpretation (i.e., USD $3.99) or USD $10.00, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cievo Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Terms)
• AI Service Provider — interpretation generation
• Cloud Infrastructure Provider — website hosting

We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

11. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a service outage prevents delivery of your paid interpretation, contact us at jieqian@cievo.sg for a remedy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution First: Before bringing any formal claim, contact us at jieqian@cievo.sg to attempt informal resolution (within 30 days).

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cievo Pte. Ltd. regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
• Electronic Agreement: By using the Service, you consent to entering into this agreement electronically.
